L-am cunoscut pe fratele Costică din anul 2005. L-am catalogat de la inceput ca fiind o voce care striga in pustiul arizonian, un ambasador al celor saraci si lipsiti, pentru care n-a incetat sa lupte, chiar si atunci cand nu se intrevedeau solutii.
Constatin Borcea s-a nascut pe 20 septembrie,1938, in comuna Starchiojd, judetul Prahova, cu aproximativ un an inainte de inceperea celui de-al doilea razboi mondial, fiind al cincilea copil al lui Ana si Ion Borcea.
