The Case of Eva Michalakova – An Absurd Norwegian Decision

If the state takes away your children do not complain – a short summary of the twenty-nine-page decision of the Norwegian court in the case of Eva Michalakova’s children. It is an utter impertinence to complain about the Barnevernet publicly.

If you read carefully the decision of the Norwegian court you do not know what to think about it. If anyone expected the court to decide on the basis of some evidence, he was very wrong. All the court needs are the statements of the foster families and the Barnevernet saying that children are ok in their foster families and that they are simply not going back. BABY ARIA HAS NEVER SLEPT IN HER OWN CRIB

Why has Baby Aria never slept in her own crib? As far as the Wings of the Wind has been able to ascertain, there were only two reasons given to her parents:

Reason #1: Aria’s father, Ken Olsen, was a danger to his wife and child.

Reason #2: Aria’s mother, Vibeke, would not renounce her husband.

The video above was made by Ken Olsen and was published one week ago. It explains other details of the case. Continue reading “BABY ARIA HAS NEVER SLEPT IN HER OWN CRIB”

Crystal Nuttle: Running for Arizona State Senate-District 29

d129dd3b-c77d-4b2f-90a3-195696e46f4cFrom firsthand experience, Crystal Nuttle knows the pain of unjustly losing custody of her children in 1995 by the Arizona Court System. Through a seemingly unending battle she had the victory of regaining full custody! Crystal’s testimony in 2000 was crucial in passing a blocked Senate bill into law which protects both parents and children. In 2001 Crystal spoke at the United Nations at the “Worldwide Children Summit” in behalf of children’s “needs” rather than “rights”. Crystal is a “Certified Court Watcher” for child custody issues. She has full support from her husband of fifteen years, along with her family and friends. Continue reading “Crystal Nuttle: Running for Arizona State Senate-District 29”

Scared Parent from Norway Speaks Out

Vanilla-Ice-Cream-ConeDelight in Truth received this comment from Norway. It highlights the sense of fear that Norwegian citizens have with respect to their CPS. Some data has been edited to protect the author.

“Hi. Thank you everybody out there for speaking up for us parents here in Norway. We are many, we are scared, we have no hope. Please help us deliver this pain and suffering this restriction of speaking up, to resist to the government [is] too risky for us.

I am a single mother. I sent my […] year old child across the street of my working place after work to buy ice cream. Continue reading “Scared Parent from Norway Speaks Out”

Norway’s unwritten rules

scan-94_edited-1Now that I understand Norwegian I notice the unbelievable amount of articles coming out almost everyday on topics such as “How to design a happy child” or “Signs that you are a good mother“. Norwegian society seems completely obsessed with children, their well being, and what we, adults, do wrong. Was it like that in France when my mother was pregnant with me? Was it even like that in Norway 30 years ago?

I am at this age where every time I ring or meet a girlfriend she tells me she is pregnant. My facebook thread is filled with pictures of uterus ultrasounds with black and white pictures of E.T-like foetuses (I heard they get cuter later on). My holidays resonate with questions from my family and friends back home asking me whether I want children soon, because you know, the clock is ticking. My aunt even called me on my 30th birthday to advise me to freeze my eggs. The truth is what scares me more than to have kids is to have them in Norway. Continue reading “Norway’s unwritten rules”

CRISTIAN IONESCU: Dovada că norvegienii știu că Barnavernet “face din țânțar armăsar”

familia-butnariu

Pastorul Ionescu a primit de la un frate norvegian unele informații, în engleză, edificatoare că în Norvegia se fac abuzuri grosolane:

I just read this article by Norwegian human rights attorney, Marius Reikeraas. You must read this one because it discovers several serious crimes done by Barnevernet.  Continue reading “CRISTIAN IONESCU: Dovada că norvegienii știu că Barnavernet “face din țânțar armăsar””
