The Case of Eva Michalakova – An Absurd Norwegian Decision

If the state takes away your children do not complain – a short summary of the twenty-nine-page decision of the Norwegian court in the case of Eva Michalakova’s children. It is an utter impertinence to complain about the Barnevernet publicly.

If you read carefully the decision of the Norwegian court you do not know what to think about it. If anyone expected the court to decide on the basis of some evidence, he was very wrong. All the court needs are the statements of the foster families and the Barnevernet saying that children are ok in their foster families and that they are simply not going back. BABY ARIA HAS NEVER SLEPT IN HER OWN CRIB

Why has Baby Aria never slept in her own crib? As far as the Wings of the Wind has been able to ascertain, there were only two reasons given to her parents:

Reason #1: Aria’s father, Ken Olsen, was a danger to his wife and child.

Reason #2: Aria’s mother, Vibeke, would not renounce her husband.

The video above was made by Ken Olsen and was published one week ago. It explains other details of the case. Continue reading “BABY ARIA HAS NEVER SLEPT IN HER OWN CRIB”

Norway accused of taking away immigrant children

Country faces accusations of cultural insensitivity and/or child theft as increasing numbers of immigrant children are being handed over to Norwegian foster families

Feridun Mustafaoglu, shown in May with pictures of two of his children, helped his wife and their two youngest children flee to Turkey after a tipoff that Norwegian child protection services were about to take custody of the children. “Having a child in Norway is like being in a scary movie,” his wife, Sedef, said.

Caspian

Caspian

The account of this little Norwegian boy continues to spread worldwide. Caspian’s mother Nadia is focused on the welfare of her son and is very concerned about several things. Nadia has had very little visitation with Caspian. She fears that her own son will not recognize her the next time he sees her. This happened the last time there was visitation, now days ago, before Caspian had been moved as far away as Bergen. The Wings of the Wind has not been able to verify this but it is thought that Norway’s CPS has moved the child there because Nadia has an address listed there. This issue first came to light in the Bodnariu case where nosy teachers and social workers pressed the Bodnariu girls on theological issues taught in their family. Issues regarding sin, and God’s punishment of it. Based on the girls’ answers, CPS further probed them with leading questions which led to a 6 month confiscation ordeal. Religious matters were definitely a factor in this case, in a country that touts freedom of religion. Continue reading “Freedom of Religion Restricted by CPS in Norway”
