Românca Andreia Brădeanu (fostă Andreia Sutton) a fost arestată sâmbătă după amiază în Marea Britanie deoarece a făcut publice informații despre procesul prin care statul britanic i-a luat custodia copiilor.
Trebuie menționat că Andreia este sub incidența unui ordin judecătoresc care îi interzice să facă public orice detaliu legat de cazul ei. Încălcarea acestuia o plasează sub jurisdicția unui articol de sfidare a tribunalului care se pedepsește cu amenzi mari sau chair arestare. Totuși, ajungând la concluzia că tăcerea nu o mai ajută, și încurajată de cazul fericit al familiei Bodnariu din Norvegia, care a reușit să învingă în premieră omerta impusă de un sistem abuziv, Andreia a început să vorbească despre chinul pe care îl trăiește și A FOST ARESTATĂ, informeaza flux24.ro.
Cazul seamănă izbitor cu cel al românului Florin Barbu amenințat de asemenea cu arestarea și ai cărui doi copii au fost dați unui cuplu de homosexuali.
Copiii Andreiei au toți dublă cetățenie: română și britanică. Doi au fost născuți în Romania și toți trei au certficate de naștere românești. Românca a scris la Ambasada României, de unde i s-a comunicat că trebuie să meargă la proces pentru copii, că ei nu pot face nimic, pentru că au cetățenie dublă. Același răspuns incredibil a primit și de la Ministerul Afacerilor Externe din România.
