Pastor John Piper is Following the Drama Out of Norway
John Piper is probably the most recognizable face when it comes to contemporary Evangelical theologians and preachers. He is the author of dozens of books, and the founder of Desiring God ministries. He has been following the news out of Norway with stories like the Bodnariu case. In arecent podcast on Desiring God he said:
“…we humans are not in a very good position to define what perfect love in the Creator of the universe must look like. We are too sinful, too finite, too culturally bound. Continue reading “Pastor John Piper is Following the Drama Out of Norway”

Home School Legal Defense Association Publicizes the Bodnariu Case
The Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) is an advocacy group representing 84,000 families in the US, and they did what few have done to help the Bodnariu family.
The HSLDA went to Norway at the time of the April 16th, 2016 protest to see for themselves the international drama that has painted Norway in the worst possible light. They interviewed Marius and Ruth, Ruth’s sister, and a number of other supporters at the protest in Stryn. The HSDLA is also calling for supporters to contact the Norwegian Embassy in Washington, DC to express their outrage over the confiscation of the Bodnariu children.
While most of us offered support for the Bodnariu family from far away, the HSLDA went to the tiny town in Norway where the Bodnarius live to document for the rest of us that they are a great family and they are not alone in this difficult time. Testimony from Norway’s CPS Victims: Real and Raw
These are videos with stories directly from Barnevernet victims. PLEASE SHARE these videos in the hope that many good and compassionate Norwegians will find out about the human rights violations happening in Norway, and hold Barnevernet accountable. Many thanks to Evgeni Dyakonov [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Trc1w3k4G7Q ] for allowing us to share these videos on Facebook and Delight in Truth. We hope these clips penetrate deep into the heart of Norway.
This is Marilena, an immigrant from Brazil. Barnevernet took her 5 children. She was unaware of the accusations against her when they took her children. She was a new immigrant to Norway and had language difficulties, therefore she could not communicate well with Barnevernet. Her family’s life has been destroyed.

Cristian Ionescu Bombshell to Norway: “God Forbid They Not Return the Kids… We Do not Play Tic Tac Toe With Norway”
Pastor Cristian Ionescu from Elim Pentecostal Church in Chicago is the main architect of the global pro-Bodnariu/anti-Barnevernet movement. He is a Delight in Truth friend and a man of integrity who used the Bodnariu case as a spearhead to mobilize the world against the Norwegian CPS. He is in Norway to meet with Norwegian authorities this week, and he gave an interview to the top Romanian newspaper Adevarul.
He was asked:
“What will you continue to do? Norwegian authorities promised to re-analyze cases where children were removed by Barnevernet.” Continue reading “Cristian Ionescu Bombshell to Norway: “God Forbid They Not Return the Kids… We Do not Play Tic Tac Toe With Norway””

Freedom of expression in Barnevern cases
Speech at the demonstration outside the Norwegian parliament on 16 April 2016 by Marianne H. Skanland
Freedom of speech is important and positive. This is an opinion shared by most of us. Why?
It cannot be because it’s always nice to hear people’s honest opinion. It isn’t nice, because it is so often critical.
So again: Why do we think it is important? Continue reading “Professor Marianne H. Skanland Discourse in Oslo on April 16th, 2016”

Barnevernet Resorting to Intimidation
Delight in Truth has received multiple private messages on Facebook from different persons who were targeted by Barnevernet without having done anything wrong. Some were harassed because they spoke out against the CPS on their social media accounts, others were targeted because they are a single parent, while others had their children removed for the simple fact that they themselves were raised in Barnevernet part of their life. Some of these people had their children removed temporarily, while others have yet to receive their children back. Continue reading “Barnevernet Resorting to Intimidation”

Pastor, attorney, and Delight in Truth friend Leonard Semenea had a crystal clear message on April 16th, 2016 in Seattle, WA.
COMPLAINT AND PRAYER FOR RELIEF STATEMENT
We, the concerned citizens and residents of Seattle, Washington as well as many other communities throughout the world, have peacefully gathered on April 16, 2016, at the West Lake Center for two main reasons. First, to raise awareness of the abuse of power that Norway’s child protective service agency called Barnevernet continues to exercise.
