In the last public statement, describing the first visit in almost three months when Marius Bodnariu could finally see the boys, we mentioned that the joy of the parents was dampened by some issues which at that time we chose not to make public yet.

Matei had a very bad scratch on his back and bruises, while Ioan had bruises on his face. When questioned by the parents for details, Barnevernet representatives didn’t give many explanations, downplaying these aspects. A Norwegian lawyer criticized the local judicial system that, in her opinion, protects pedophiles. As a result, in many families children are forced to live with parents who subject them to sexual abuse. All attempts to appeal to the court are unsuccessful because the testimony of the children simply is not trusted.

Yesterday was a very important day for Marius and Ruth Bodnariu

After almost three months, for the first time, Marius was able to see the boys, Matei and Ioan. Until now, only Ruth had permission to see them once a week for two hours. It was emotional: two hours that Marius anticipated and waited for impatiently, considering that after promising that they will be able to see the boys last week, Barnevernet delayed the visit for one week on the excuse that they were not able to prepare all details for the reunion.

Ruth was filled with joy to see how happy the boys were to see Marius. Marius was happy to see the children’s joy, but also for Ruth who almost fell into depression last week when the visit was cancelled and delayed. Cazul Bodnariu cunoaşte o ETAPĂ NOUĂ

Instituția de ”Protecție a Copilului” din localitatea Skjervøy (Norvegia) a invitat românii din zonă la o ședință de informare despre modul de funcționare a instituției.

Conform jurnaldenord.info, au fost programate două şedinţe: miercuri, 10 februarie, de la ora 11:00 și de la ora 17:00. Acţiunea autorităţilor vine după ce în presă au apărut informații care indică faptul că mai multe familii de români intenționează să plece din Norvegia din cauza suspiciunilor care planează asupra activității serviciului de protecție a copilului. Update: Abuzurie de ordin juridic al celor de la Barnevernet, postate în josul paginii, necesare pentru întâlnirea cu românii din Norvegia, de Miercuri, 10 Februarie

Instituția Barnevernet, oamenii care o reprezintă, sunt angajați și plătiți să-și facă treaba, după legi și prescripții protectoare.

Dar, pe bună dreptate, presupunem că sunt oameni cu experiență îndelungată, cazul Bodnariu nu e pentru ei o noutate, au o rutină și un tipar, de urmat niște pași bătătoriți.
