A floating Dutch museum ship that tells the history of the Bible apparently lacked any divine protection when it tried sailing out of Oslo on Friday. It collided with a coast guard vessel, was badly damaged and had to be towed back to the pier.
The museum vessel, billed as a replica of Noah’s Ark, had been tied up at Bjørvika on Oslo’s eastern waterfront since early May. It was scheduled to sail on to Sandefjord and later to Fredrikstad this summer. PHOTO: newsinenglish.no

The Bodnariu family’s ordeal ends, but advocates vow to keep fighting for reforms.
A child welfare case in Norway that has been grabbing headlines and stirring protests worldwide came to a sudden end late last week.
The story, which I covered in depth for The Federalist in April, centers on Marius and Ruth Bodnariu and their five young children. Marius, a Romanian citizen, and Ruth, a native Norwegian, first ran afoul of Norway’s child protective services (called Barnevernet) in November 2015. After privately interviewing the family’s two oldest daughters at school, Barnevernet abruptly took all five children into emergency custody: first the girls, then the younger boys, and finally the three-month-old baby.

Este același front care a produs peste 60 de morți in Europa în ultimele zile.
Bănuiesc că ați citit cu toții aceste stiri despre numeroase cazuri tragice legate de fulgere în Europa în ultimile zile. Au lovit un întreg stadion în timpul unui meci de fotbal, au lovit parcuri pline de oameni, autostrăzi si bulevarde aglomerate din orașe. Săptămâna aceasta este cum n-a mai fost. Este o săptămână de foc în care incertitudinea destinului va supune viața oamenilor celui mai greu examen…
Duminică, 5 iunie, are loc un fapt banal… Politicienii, care demult ne tot mint, îşi vor împărți şi de data aceasta sferele puterii… Un episod jenant din istoria patriei va avea loc… Atâția inculpați, penali, prinşi cu mâța în sac!, vor deveni aleşii noştri!
Acest lung şir de “Eşti un nimeni!”, de impostori, oportunişti şi hoți ne va conduce în anii care vor urma!…
Unde?! Către un nicăieri!… Spre neant!
